Starting Rate
US Orders over $100
  • Applies to orders over $100 before tax. International orders and all items over 5lbs excluded.
US orders under $100 containing only Jewelry, Watches, Accessories and/or Beauty items
All other US orders under $100
  • An international surcharge of 20% will apply, which covers GST, PST and duties.
  • Orders over $1000 (AUD) cannot be processed at this time.
Note: Incremental charges may apply to domestic and international orders for additional weight and size. For international orders, currency exchange rates may vary at time of shipment, affecting duties and tax. Please contact Member Care for more details.

Shipping times vary depending on the item's original location and delivery process. Here's the breakdown:
Ships in 1-2 Days
Items within this shipping timeline are ready to ship after the event ends.

Includes all Nordstrom Rack items.

Ships in 2-3 Weeks
Items from some events are shipped from the brand to us after the event ends. Once it arrives, we'll ship it off to you.
Ships in 2-4 Weeks
Items from some events ship directly from the brand. Shipment times may vary for each brand.

Note: Some Home items may ship in 4-6 weeks.

Easy 90-Day Returns
Having second thoughts? No worries—we're here to help! If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your eligible items by mail or to your nearest Nordstrom Rack store within 90 days of the original ship date.

To confirm whether your item is returnable, check your invoice, email confirmation or "Orders" page.

Return Policy
  • Apparel, footwear and accessories (bags, sunglasses, leather goods, jewelry and watches) may be returned unless the item is marked Final Sale or Non-Returnable
  • Items must be returned within 90 days
  • Items must be returned in their original packaging, including hangers, hang tags, dust bags, eyewear cases, shoe boxes and gift boxes when applicable
  • Items must not be worn, altered or damaged
  • Items equal to or more than $500 may not be returned to a Nordstrom Rack store
  • Items from Home, Beauty and Vintage events are final sale

Simply bring your invoice and eligible item(s) to a Nordstrom Rack store near you.

Please note that items equal to or more than $500 may not be returned in store at this time.

Return By Mail
Send your item(s) back to us with the shipping label that we'll provide.

The return shipping fee is $5.95 for the US, $10.95 for Canada and $25.95 for Australia. We'll automatically deduct the fee from your refund.

Gift Returns
  • Gift recipients may return eligible gift items to a Nordstrom Rack store.
  • In-store gift refunds will be issued as a Nordstrom Gift Card—redeemable online and in store at Nordstrom, Nordstrom Rack and HauteLook.
  • To receive a refund to the original form of payment, the purchaser must return the item themselves either in store or by mail.
  • All returns will be refunded to your original form of payment.
  • Refunds for orders purchased with Nordstrom Gift Cards and/or Nordstrom Notes® will be issued as a Nordstrom Gift Card and mailed to the original billing address.
Refund Processing Time
  • Returns to a Nordstrom Rack store will be refunded to the original form of payment on the spot.
  • Mail-in returns with our prepaid return label will be refunded back to the original form of payment within 3-5 business days after we receive your return. Please allow 7-10 business days for your return to arrive at our Returns Center.
Note: It may take a few days until your bank posts the refund to your account.
